Economy shipping is a cost-effective option and is suitable for customers who are not in a hurry.
If you need faster delivery, please select Express International Shipping at checkout.

2. Express International Shipping

Shipping Partners: FedEx / DHL
Shipping Cost: Starts from USD $30–$35 (depending on order value and destination)

Natural calamities, customs clearance delays, or adverse weather conditions may affect delivery timelines. Maroth Jewels Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for delays caused by such uncontrollable circumstances, and shipping charges are non-refundable in these cases.

3. APO, FPO, DPO, PO Boxes & U.S. Territories

We ship to APO, FPO, DPO addresses, PO Boxes, and U.S. Territories via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

Steps to Return Your Jewelry

  1. Email us before returning the product with the following details:

    • Phone Number

    • Email Address

  2. Pack the item securely with:

    • Original packaging

    • Jewelry item(s)

    • Copy of invoice

    • A note containing your name, address, phone number, and email

Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

  1. Reason for Return:

    • If the item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, please email clear photos of:

      • Outer packaging

      • Inner packaging

      • Actual product

    • Send images to sales@marothjewels.com

  2. Ensure the product is properly packed to avoid damage during return shipping.

  3. Once we receive the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 working days, and you will receive a confirmation email.
